2022 MG ZS EV: It is equipped with a 50.3 kWh battery pack which is claimed to have an ARAI 461 Km on a single charge, however, the real life range is expected to be 380-400 kms. According to the company, the battery has passed 8 special safety tests, which include fire, collision, dust, smoke etc. With the 7.4kW AC wall box charger, the ZS gets 0-100 percent charged in 8.5 to 9 hours and 0-80 percent on a 50kW DC charger in just 60 minutes.

Hyundai Kona: It is powered by a 39.3kWh lithium-ion battery that offers an ARAI-certified range of 452km. It takes 57 minutes to fully charge with a 50kW DC fast charger and 6 hours and 10 minutes from a standard AC power socket.

Tata Nexon EV Max: Tata Motors has recently unveiled the new Nexon EV Max. The biggest highlight of the Nexon EV Max is its ARAI-certified range which is 437km on a full charge. It has a battery pack of 40.5 kWh. It can be charged in 15-16 hours with a 3.3 kW charger. Whereas with 7.2 kWh charger in 6.5 hours and 50 kWh fast charge can be charged from 0 to 80 percent in 56 minutes.

Volvo XC40 Recharge: It is powered by a dual-electric motor mated to a 78 kWh battery pack that claims a range of up to 418 km. Volvo claims that the SUV can accelerate from 0-100 kmph in 4.9 seconds.

Mercedes-Benz EQC: It has an 85 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. With a charger of 7.5 kW, it can be fully charged in 10 hours. At the same time, with a fast charger of 50 kW, a full charge can be done in just 90 minutes. Its range is 414 kilometer.
