Skoda Kushaq Monte Carlo Edition: Skoda on Monday launched the Kushaq Monte Carlo Edition. This is a special edition whose name is associated with the rally heritage of Skoda. The Monte Carlo Edition gets more features and a sportier styling package for a compact SUV.
Coming to the exteriors, the Kushak Monte Carlo has got all the chrome removed with black accents and various parts of the car have been painted black. The grille gets glossy black surround, while the roof contrast comes in glossy carbon steel paint. Even the door handles are dark chrome.
Like the Octavia VRS 245 sedan, the Monte Carlo also gets badging and new 17-inch alloy wheels. These wheels definitely look more attractive than the standard Kushak alloy wheels.
The rear gets a dual tone tailgate spoiler and more black/dual tone accents with diffuser in gloss black. Like the standard Kushak, there are 1.0 and 1.5 TSI petrol engines, with another visual change being the 1.5 TSI red brake caliper. On the other hand 1.0 gets start-stop recovery.
The interiors get red and black dual-tone upholstery and ruby red metallic inserts. There are inserts on the center console on the dashboard as well as on the front doors. The ventilated red and black leather seats get engraved ‘Monte Carlo’ on the headrest, and even the 2-spoke steering wheel gets a leather wrap. Red ambient lighting makes the cabin sportier.
The Monte Carlo Edition of the Kushk will start at Rs 15,99,000 ex-showroom and will be available in two colours: Tornado Red and Candy White.
