Selena Counter is an American epidemiologist, filmmaker, medical journalist, epidemiologist and in-physician. As of 2021, he is currently working at the Grossman School of Medicine at New York University and has worldwide experience with HIV infections. Dr. Counter was also elected the third Indo-US member of US President Joe Biden’s Govt – 19 Advisory Council.

Counter was born in the United States in 1977 (Age 43 years; As in 2020) To a French mother from Normandy and a Tamil Indian father from a small village in Erode, Tamil Nadu. Celine Counter holds a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology from Princeton University and a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in 2000.
